Household IOT Temp. Balancing Solution

There is a relatively common phenomenon here that a hydraulic imbalance happens in central heating system. In actual operation, we often find out some households with excessive heat or cold. In order to solve this problem, the heating company has no choice but to increase the flow of secondary network circulating pump or the supply water temperature of whole secondary network. However, it will result in the increase of the energy consumption and distribution electricity consumption. Meanwhile, the automation of control system is not enough, and it requires many manual operations.

For household IOT temp. balancing solution, it takes the household as a secondary network hydraulic balancing node, adopts return water temperature regulation strategy to achieve balancing in the whole network. It could solve the problem of hydraulic imbalancing between not only each building and each unit in horizontal direction, but also each household in vertical direction.

Due to the different floor, house type, position and other factors, the cooling status of each household is different and let the room temperature reflected by secondary network return water temperature different from the actual one. In order to compensate for the deviation, a room temp. control/complaint terminal could be installed in the household and achieve a linkage control together with household IOT temp. balancing valve through cloud platform, aiming to control the household room temperature. Besides, user could use the room temp. control/complaint terminal to realize the one-click complaint and room temp. auto-regulated.
